Steven Bae – Operations and Development
Steven has working in the senior housing industry since 2001. Steven started his career as a financial accountant, preparing profit and loss statements, budgeting, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis for multiple properties. He then spent four years in development and acquisitions preparing market studies, managing pre-development activities, and sourcing financing for new projects.

In his most recent position, he served as Administrator at the Ponds of Punaluu in Hauula, Hawaii. Steven is a graduate of Oregon State University with a major in Healthcare Administration, and a minor in Business Management. His education, as well as his and varied background in the senior housing industry, makes him uniquely qualified to contribute in multiple ways to the company.
