Ricardo de la Cruz – Development & Acquisitions
Ric has 30 years of experience in public and private real estate development, and specializes in “Public/Private Partnerships”. In the first 10 years of Ric’s career he served in the U.S. Navy and taught at California Community Colleges. From 1980 to 1990 he worked for the State of California Coastal Commission, City of San Jose Redevelopment Agency, and the City of Santa Barbara Community Development Department, holding senior management positions.

Over the last 20 years Ricardo has developed a number of real estate developments consisting of residential developments, retail centers, hotels and coastal resorts, and now assisted living facilities and memory care. Many of these properties were “Public/Private Partnerships” with local communities. He provides the Company with acquisition, design, entitlement, and public financing strategies.

Ricardo is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and San Jose State University holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration, with a concentration in public finance and land use planning.
