Our asset management services are offered through our affiliate company,
Viridis Asset Management, LLC. The principals of Viridis have combined experience of over 40 years in the real estate industry. Their experience includes development and acquisition, institutional lender, private equity, and public company officer and director, roles with major companies in the industry, as well as direct ownership and management of properties owned. As asset manager, Viridis has the expertise, experience, industry contacts, and back office capacity to provide institutional grade asset management services including:

• Partnership accounting
• Oversee and report on management and leasing
• Provide recommendations and assist in financing or refinancing
• Interview, recommend, and engage professionals – property managers, leasing agents, accountants, engineers, architects, and legal counsel
• Monitor asset performance and report to investors or partners via financial reports, construction updates, and other reporting vehicles depending on the project
• Preparation and review of operating budgets, occupancy reports and rent rolls, oversight of inspections, repairs, tenant improvements and construction, collection of rents, payment of bills
• Physical plant reviews and capital improvement plan preparation
• Note and mortgage loan servicing
