Receivership Services

As a receiver, our primary objective is to stabilize the physical assets and records and to protect the integrity of the asset and income stream. The secondary objective is to establish management and procedures that protect and preserve the asset.

  • Specific recommendations for deferred maintenance, extraordinary maintenance, and capital improvement programs
  • Accounting and reports tailored to meet the needs of the courts and secured creditors
  • Asset disposition and real estate brokerage
  • Planning and execution for transition from receivership to new management/ownership
